Sandy Douglas, president of Coca-Cola North America, admits that he limits himself to a single can of coke a day for health reasons. Still, drinking coke on a daily basis isn’t healthy at all, it doesn’t matter if you’re drinking one or 5 cans.
However, a small amount of coke now and then wont do any major harm. The key is moderation!
