Fade Out Eczema With These Simple Tips

It is generally believed that  poor hygiene causes eczema, but certainly not the only cause. It could also occur due to the extreme dryness of the skin. This can be pretty annoying especially when it gets itchy. Whatever be the case, every problem has a solution.

These are the best ways you can deal with eczema;

1.Olive Oil and Petroleum Jelly: After bathing, towel dry your body gently, leaving the skin a little wet. Apply the petroleum jelly or olive to your body twice daily on scaly dry patches help prevent the eczema rash from spreading to other parts of their body.

2.Moisturize: Apply a natural moisturizer to your skin like virgin coconut oil, shea butter, or aloe vera. Natural moisturizers will help to reduce the irritation and itchiness and also works as an inflammatory.

3.Cold Compress: Take a clean, soft wash cloth and dip it into water that is ice cold, squeeze out excess water and put it over the rashes very gently. This keeps you from scratching the patches of eczema

4.Bathing: Bath with warm water instead of taking a hot shower because hot water can only make your skin drier and may make the symptoms worse. Do not scrub your skin, wash  gently. Use a natural soap with great moisturizing effect like Dove, Caress, Neutrogena, or Ivory.

5.Apple Cider Vinegar: Apply it directly to the problem areas after diluting some of the vinegar with water. Apply it with a clean cotton ball several times daily. If you do not like the smell of vinegar, add a few drops of essential oil such as rosemary oil.

Seriously, the Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more; you shall see that eczema no more.
