No matter how perfect your make-up, it`s very difficult to look good if your teeth look bad. Disclose

Start your new oral hygiene programme with disclosing tablets. Chew one tablet, swishing it about in your mouth so it coats all tooth and gum surfaces(smear your lips with Vaseline before using disclosing tablets to prevent your lips from staining too). Rinse

Rinse your mouth with a pre-brushing mouthwash. This type of product is not designed to reduce brushing time, simply to loosen plaque before brushing.

Flossing Daily

Regular dental check ups

Stick to one glass of fruit juice a day
Sugars occur naturally in foods such as fruit and milk, but we don’t need to cut down on these types of sugars.
But when fruit is juiced or blended, as in smoothies, the sugars are released from the structure of the fruit. Once released, these sugars can damage your teeth, especially if you drink fruit juice frequently.
Even unsweetened fruit juice is sugary, so try not to drink more than one glass (about 150ml) of fruit juice each day.

Foods and drinks can stain your teeth

Wine, cigarette smoke, tea and coffee are all teeth-staining culprits. Keep them to a minimum to stop your teeth becoming stained.
Your dentist or hygienist can give your teeth a professional clean, which may help to reduce the staining.
