Some men don’t know that there’s more to their personal hygiene than just wearing deodorant and rinsing with mouthwash. Some men get it somewhere along the way while some others don’t. But we’ve got you covered.
Wear deodorant: many men don’t follow this simple guideline as frequently as they should. Many men also might not realize the difference between the two products. A deodorant gets rid of odor caused by sweating, while antiperspirants actually stop you from sweating. Look for an antiperspirant/deodorant combination and make sure the fragrance isn’t too overpowering.
Change underwear: You would think that most men most definitely practice this but you’d be surprised at the amount of men who don’t. Make sure to get a fresh pair every day or even after a workout, or very active day. It helps to keep healthy.
Clip those nails: If your nails are long enough to collect dirt they are too long, keep your fingernails trimmed. Don’t chew them; gnawed up nails are not attractive. Use hand lotion or cream to keep them soft and prevent calluses and cracking.
Embrace facial washes: Washing your face twice a day is a good way to protect your skin from all things bad. However, to do this effectively, you cannot just use soap, as they take away from your moisture. Instead, use facial washes that help replenish your moisture.
Brush and floss daily: Be careful not to skip your daily brushing. It’s not just a matter of bad breath. When you don’t brush and floss, bacteria can coat your mouth in the form of plaque, which produces acid that destroys tooth enamel and causes cavities.
