Health experts advice people not to eat late especially after 7pm.
However, we all know the struggle not to indulge in late-night snacks especially when you are in front of the TV.
In order to satisfy that late night craving without gaining weight or eating unhealthy things, eat the following.
- Apples– Apples are good nighttime snack options when trying to lose weight.
- Pears.
- Watermelon- This water-rich fruit is very low in calories, which means you can eat a lot and still stay within your snack limit.
- Whole grain crackers.
- Oranges
